Hello InfinityFree Support,

I am hosting my website https://rajan.freedev.app on InfinityFree.

Google Search Console is unable to read my sitemap and reports:

HTTP Error: 429 – Too Many Requests

Sitemap URL:
https://rajan.freedev.app/sitemap.xml

The sitemap opens normally in my browser, and InfinityFree Health Check shows “No issues found.” Google Search Console has also discovered 50 pages from the sitemap, but the sitemap status is “Couldn’t fetch.”

Could you please check if any server-side rate limiting, anti-abuse protection, WAF/ModSecurity rule, or other hosting restriction is returning HTTP 429 when Googlebot accesses /sitemap.xml?

Please check the server-side handling of this sitemap URL and let me know if any action is required from my side.

If you’re trying to do a manual check through the search console it tends to fail as most of the crawlers are blocked.

With time google will index your site map too. Don’t panic
