Giving my friend FTP access to a single folder?

Hello, I finally bought my kamildev.net domain and set it up. Now I’m wondering, how can I make a domain extension such as test.kamildev.net and then let my friend access that “test” folder/FTP access only, so he may only make changes in that folder.

I want to do this because me and my friend are going to be working on the “test.kamildev.net” page together, but I would prefer not to give him access to my whole site, rather only that “test” part.

You can do this by creating a subdomain named test from your cPanel, but you cannot restrict FTP access.

Additional FTP accounts (with directory restrictions) is a premium only feature. You cannot create additional FTP accounts on free hosting.
