Did you really run all the tests? What happened? Did you try it using a different device and network? What did you try exactly in terms of different devices and networks, and did any of those things actually work?

We’re not giving you that list as a polite way to tell you to sod off, we’re giving you that list because it’s a legitimately good way to check for a lot of common issues and solutions.

Also, if you got to the end of the article, it would point you to the FileZilla logs article, which @dan3008 also linked to. But the logs you shared (as a screenshot instead of text - please don’t do that, logs are text and text is easier to work with than images) seem incomplete.

We really want to help you with this. But it would help a lot if you could do, check and share the things we are asking you.

Could it be because it’s a free account?

No, that’s ridiculous.

Think about it. InfinityFree provides free hosting only. We say that FTP access is provided with our hosting. When you setup your account, we give you FTP details to use. Why would we do any of those things if FTP is not available? We even gave you an article about common FTP issues which didn’t include “check if you are on a plan that supports FTP”, which would be a very simple and very obvious step to include if it mattered.

What do you think our angle would be here? Why would we string you along in troubleshooting a feature that’s not available to you?

You can rule out many potential explanations about the world around you if you assume that people generally purposely do think that will obviously cause harm to themselves.
