FTP not connecting

Error Message

Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity, Could not connect to server.

Other Information

I’ve made sure to input all the right info into the filezila, but it still keeps saying it can’t connect.

What happens when you try to upload a file?

when i do it via the cpanel i can put files in but then i exceed the upload quota, and on filezila it wont even show me the folders

Is the file over 10MB?
