Can I ask what the problem you’re facing is?

From the title, “FTP not working” I can make a guess. But can’t be 100% certain.

To make sure FTP works, you have to have been into control pannel at least once:

Also make sure you’re using the FTP details from this page and not your normal login details:

Finally, if you’re having problems with seeing your website, remember that DNS propergation can take up to 72 hours, so you might just have to wait.

I can confirm I have tried as you suggested and I can not connect to ftp either.

But to answer your question, the online file manager is down. so you’ll need to use filezilla at the moment
