Could you please provide us the full logs from your FTP client so that we can help? If you use FileZilla, then follow the guide provided by @KangJL to get them

Can you please check if the file manager works for you? If it doesn’t, the problem is with FTP access on your account. If it does, then the problem is somewhere else.

Also please double check that you didn’t accidentally copy any spaces along with the password.

I don’t copy passwords, I type them in manually. But it gives an error that the login is not correct

Try copy paste, some characters (like I and l looks very similar, but are not the same)
