My site was created yesterday - could you tell me what is the problem or what I’m doing wrong? Of course I used right hostname/server, username and password - all copied from my account on infinity Free.

My best guess, you’re using your account password but your ftp password.
In you dashboard you can go to “FTP details” to get the correct password
Is there possible, this message can make a problem/difference?
That message is only relevent to viewing your site. Not to FTP.
ok, lets make sure that FTP has been fully activated on your account. In your dashboard on the left you’ll see an option that says “Control Pannel” like this:
click that and try connecting with filezilla again. If that works, then you shouldn’t need to do that in the future
I believe the new account creation process handles that for you
I think it’s supposed to, but I don’t see any harm in trying… worst case scenario, entering the control panel does nothing.
