After reducing the volume, he made this error

Why uploading rar file itself? you can extract it in your local Device then upload files.

Our servers don’t accept RAR files. RAR is a proprietary protocol, so we can’t extract it on the server or scan it for viruses or extract it on the server.

If you insist on upload an archive, please use a ZIP file instead.

But if you want to upload a website, it’s more efficient to extract it on your own computer and then use the Upload Folder functionality.

Weird, you could use Filezilla or https://mftp.infinityfree.net , since probably there’re temp bugs in filemanager in cpanel.

It’s better to use FTP client such as FileZilla.

& you can also install WordPress using Softaculous on your hosting Control Panel.

I cannot filezila

You don’t need to upload the WordPress zip file; you just have to extract it on your computer and upload the files inside the wordpress/ folder to your htdocs folder! Then you will need to create a database from the MySQL Databases section of the Control Panel and use the database host and database name from there, along with the hosting account username and password which can be found in the same page of the Client Area on where you opened the Control Panel, then scrolling down to “Account Details” and clicking on Show/Hide to show the password, and install WordPress with those. I hope I was clear.
