So you connected and it forced it, Okay, Something must be wrong on your computers side, also, make sure you are using FTP not FTPS, all i can suggest is read this forum;

the MFTP problem
I donât think there is any issues with MonstaFTP, so try mftp.infinityfree.net or Monsta FTP, with the ftp host in your vistapanel.

Like i say, try the online FTP Manager through the vistapanel, I canât help you with your issues with filezilla, it could be anything, but try the online manager.

Apart from that I canât help, all i know is the fact that the online editor and ftp server are working, also, this might be due to server migration, but only @Admin can tell

What does your Main Domain say, this way i can see if your accountâs IP is being transferred, it should be if the format of xxxxxxxx.epizy.com. @anon82919479
Ok, Thats good, Your hosting account is up and not in any kind of movement between servers, So far, I recommend using MonstaFTP In the control panel.

The AUTH TLS issue is definitely a firewall issue on your end. Can you please try to connect from another device and/or network, or maybe try connecting over a VPN?
The MFTP error is⌠weird. Did you only experience that on filemanager.ai or also on mftp.infinityfree.net?

I got it on filemanger.ai
Then I got it in Dreamweaver (excepting file zilla)
Today I get it in only file manager and not on Dreamweaver
You got an MFTP error in Dreamweaver? Thatâs odd.

I am also getting this error on https://filemanager.ai/ but I do recommend using an FTP Client to upload lots of files. Monsta FTP is too temperamental.

Not MFTP but a ftp related
On 30 June I got it in both so I thought it must be a kind of downtime
Now I only got in filemanger.ai now not in Dreamweaver I think I got solution by @TigerMANEK426
