Hello. Two accounts cant connect to ftp Error is “Could not connect to server”

i enable debug info to 2-info, save changes and the error is:
Error: Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity
Error: Could not connect to server

now i can connect to ftp but url of my epiz_31910986 with custom domain not working
error is “500” and no logs with error on backend
If info-misto.com is what you are talking about, it is working fine for me.
