# FTP Connection

Hello, I have two accounts with Infinityfree. I have access to both accounts on my laptop. When setting up the FTP connection on my PC, I accidentally entered incorrect values. Since then, the account has been blocked. How can I log in again on my PC? Best regards, Peter

Enter the correct credentials. If that does not work, please share the exact error message

I’m not quite sure what the issue is you’re experiencing. What exactly is “blocked”? What do you see?
Note that our FTP server logs failed login attempts and temporarily blocks IP addresses when they entered invalid credentials too often. Just give it some time and it will reset.

The message is: Access denied.
But it’s been like this for 3-4 days, even when entering the correct values. Regards, Peter

That doesn’t sound like a full FTP error message to me.
Can you please share the full log output so we can see a bit more of what’s happening?
