My Site.pro builder cannot publish my website because of this error message:
“Builder could not connect to hosting server. Please check hosting firewall. It must allow FTP connections from builder server.”
Domain: soveryn.42web.io
Builder: Site.pro
Can you please whitelist the Site.pro FTP IPs or clear the builder connection lock for my account?

in your dashboard go to control panel, this finishes the setup of FTP for your site:
The IP is already whitelisted, and there is no such thing as a connection lock. But the connection can fail randomly for any reason. I suggest logging out and logging in again to the website builder, and maybe try publishing again later if that still doesn’t work.
