# FTP Connection Error

### Error Message

When trying to publish an updated site version using Site.Pro  
Builder could not connect to hosting server. Please check hosting firewall. It must allow FTP connections from builder server.

### Other Information

I already verified that i can access the ftp with the user/pass, but when trying to publish an updated version of my site via site.pro, I get the FTP error message. I tried few times and I’m still getting the error.

Any suggestion?

我也是一样，很可能是infinityfree的服务器出现了问题，只好耐心等待官方修复(Chinese)

Site.pro gets that error sometimes. Waiting and trying again at least a few hours later is your best bet. They’re a third party service, so there isn’t much anyone here can do about it directly.

Please keep in mind that for moderation purposes, this forum is English only. Using an online translation service or translation software is fine however.

This is not an issue on InfinityFree’s side, but site.pro’s. The file manager still works fine, which means that InfinityFree’s FTP is working.

It might be somewhere in the middle. If it’s a rate limiting issue, it’s partially the responsibility of both site.pro and of us.

But if it is a rate limiting issue, then it should resolve itself automatically after a while.
