From Ezoic hosting files to Infinity Free

I don’t have any issues on setting the site up, but when I uploaded the folders from my previous hosting which is the ezoic, I cant seem to find my contents or my post from my website.

Which folder does my contents go? I mean the post number 1 post number 2 and so on, where should it go? I have here a group of folders from ezoic that I copied using FileZilla, but I cant make it work using copy paste from the server file.

I just dont know if it uses my SQL databases or what does it use. I am an average website creator and creating content via Wordpress. And since I was monetized by ezoic they offered me a free hosting but for some reason I was removed with their free hosting.
