After downloading kodbox version 1.45, and logging in or out of the account shows an error window

Is it possible to fix it so that kodbox functions at 100%?

An HTTP 200 code is a success message, not an error message, so I have no clue what is going on here.
Perhaps try enabling error messages (In the control panel and/or in the application itself - check the config file to see if there is an option there).
The plugin responsible for error messages is disabled!!!
For the test, I installed OpenServer (latest version) default settings, kodbox works flawlessly and at 100 percent
