### Website URL [https://smartchat.free.je](https://smartchat.free.je) ### Error Message InfinityFree dashboard shows: “Domain howto.rocks not resolving — Affected: Free Subdomains.” The status page says howto.rocks was suspended by the registry. ### Other Information Hello InfinityFree Support Team, My InfinityFree dashboard shows a warning: “Domain howto.rocks not resolving — Affected: Free Subdomains.” My hosted subdomains are: apiping.site.je mynotepad.site.je smartchat.free.je vermajewelleryshop.free.je The status page says that howto.rocks was suspended by the registry and that the issue is still unresolved. Could you please clarify whether this incident affects my four subdomains and whether I need to take any action? Thank you for your help. ---

It says the domain howto.rocks was suspended by the registry, and that “websites hosted on subdomains of this domain may be unreachable.” Your subdomains are under free.je and site.je, not howto.rocks. The incident doesn’t mention either of those domains, and it doesn’t ask users to do anything. No. It’s not “your” status page, it’s just the status page. It displays all types of outages that may or may not apply to you. If you do not have a howto.rocks domain, then you do not experience the outage. And since all of your websites are under free.je, you do not experience the outage.
