Custom SSL certificates are no longer supported for free subdomains. All free subdomains have SSL by default. what this mean how to i get free ssl back

You have SSL automatically. You don’t need to do anything. Just make sure you’re accessing your site with https and without the www. and you’ll be fine read this post from admin for more information [image] Changes to SSL for free subdomains News and Announcements …

I understand that SSL Certificates are now installed automatically so do not need to be renewed. But I have just received an email saying " Your free SSL certificate for gnu.free.nf from Google Trust will expire on 2025-06-22". I’m confused, can someone explain this? Thanks very much.

If you had a certificate before the change, that certificate will still expire. This email is related to that. Remember, people using custom domains (like pp.ua) are not covered by the change, so the old ssl system is still in place to cover them

Thanks dan3008. When did the change happen? I’ve had gnu.free.nf since March 2024. It is not a custom domain (or is it?). Still a bit confused!

The full details are in the post liked above. No free.nf is an infinity free domain

I did read all that post but was still confused. Anyway thanks again.
