Hello. Our website’s free SSL certificate seems to be installed for https://stjamescentraldeo.com but not for https://(www).stjamescentraldeo.com. What do I have to do to have it work for the www subdomain? Also, the www version seems to be at another location.

I would love to check it out for you, but your site redirects to some website that my security software does not like.
Whatever domain you setup the SSL for is the domain that is secure. Also, from an SEO perspective, chose either www OR non-www.
Hello, thanks for the response. The site is hosted on Infinity Free servers so I am not sure why it should be redirecting elsewhere. The non-www version seems to be the secure server while the www version seems to be on an unsecure server. How do I access the secure server?

Ok, I did not check this originally since I was on a mobile device, but it looks like the system never assigned you an IP (Hence the redirect and the broken SSL).
If you added the domain to your account less then 72 hours ago, wait.
Otherwise, try removing it from your account (Via the “Addon Domains” section of the control panel) and adding it back in again.
