Because you only have a free subdomain it’s impossible to prove ownership in any way.

If you remember the hosting account password, you can still use FTP and the [control panel](https://cpanel.infinityfree.com) to [backup your website](https://forum.infinityfree.com/t/how-to-backup-your-website/49304) and start over on a new account. If not, then there aren’t any options.
