Forgot email address for my website

Hello Admin,
My actual website URL is [sna.kesug.com].
I have forgotten the email ID associated with this account. I remember it was a Gmail address that contained some numbers in it. Could you please give me a hint (masked email) so I can figure out which email and number it is?

  • Most people answering here are volunteers. They’re often the fastest source of help. Admin (the only staff member) checks in about once a day for issues on our end.
  • Volunteers can’t see your account or website. Share what you actually see, like error messages and what happens when you try something. That’s more useful than your theory of what’s wrong.
  • AI tools often get InfinityFree wrong. If a volunteer’s advice differs from what an AI told you, please try the volunteer’s suggestion first.
  • Solving an issue is a joint effort. Try the suggestions you get and report back what happened.

You can request a password reset with your domain name which gives you a hint you have described.

I tried resetting the password using my domain name. The system sent the reset link but did not show any masked email hint on the screen. Since I don’t know the email address at all, I cannot check the inbox. Could an Admin please provide a masked email hint here?

Honestly, you’ll probably be quickest just checking all of your inboxes. unless you’ve got loads

I see the issue. You should see the email hint, but it currently only does that if password authentication is enabled on the profile, which is not the case for yours.

I’ve just pushed a fix for that. Please try again in half an hour.

Please delete this message that was not intended for this forum. I do not see an option to delete. I only see “Save Edit” and “Cancel edit”. There is no “Delete post” button.
