Please check the client area to see whether your website is suspended or not. If it is, check whether it is a permanent or temporary suspension. If it is a temporary suspension (exceeding daily limits), then there is no possible way to reactivate your hosting account without waiting 24 hours. If it is a permanent suspension, please create a ticket in the client area, as we cannot help you here.
