First of all this is an international forum meaning you should speak in English, or at least try to use a translator.
I have been trying to install Prestashop for a few hours and I need to upload three files from Filezilla for the installer to run, one of them is a Zip file and when they are already loaded in the hosting and I go to my domain to perform the installation wizard It says it can’t find the zip file, so I look for it where I uploaded it (htdocs) and the file is no longer there.
Please help.
