# Files only accessible from browser

As part of My site I am testing a m3u file with a list of radio stations which is 20kb. Usually this is accessible from any device or app with other hosts but for some reason it is only accessible from a web browser.

Is there some sort of security feature that might be preventing access to files (m3u file) And only allowing it to be accessed from within a web browser?

Appreciate any help.
