Featured image not showing in social media

Hello, im new in infinityfree hosting, and doing test and successfully uploaded my wordpress real estate website. whicle checking the functionality of the website, there is no " featured image" showing in the block of the wordpress back office and not showing social media.

I dont know what causing the issue, maybe its a memory limit? since im using the free version of infinityhosting, or else Im planning to upgrade.
