Hello, I would like to know why I cannot install the Softaculous app because it gives me this error.
It was possible before in the free version, because now it gives this error. Before it was possible. Can you explain to me what is happening? I have not seen a forum on this topic.
I would appreciate it if the InfinityFree team could explain this error. I would appreciate it.

You can’t install softaculous on your website, that’s not possible.

Can you let us know where you see the error, and what you were doing right before it shows (I clicked… I tried to…, etc)

Looking at the parameter name, I assume youŕ e trying to install Moodle on your website using Softaculous?

This is a known issue with Moodle on our hosting. I did a quick search and found this post from @Oxy from some time ago that describes a solution. Maybe this can help you?
