im tring to ad antoher user to the list but error appiers every time.
I’m sorry to hear you see this issue. I checked the logs on our end to see if I could learn more about what exactly happened, but it appears that there was a bug in the logging code that prevent the actual reason from being logged. That’s fixed now, but it doesn’t tell me why it didn’t work for you before.
Can you please try again now? If you get the same error, please reply and I’ll check the logs on our end to see if I can figure this one out.
