Besides that, the file manager is working for your account (which means FTP access is working for your account), and you do seem to be able to connect.
In the logs, I see that the connection is switched to Passive Mode, and then the directory listing is requested, but the response is never received.
My best guess is that this is a router configuration problem. FTP is notably sensitive to network settings, and a misconfigured router can break the connection. Maybe you can fix this on the router side, but you can also try connecting over a VPN to bypass such issues. Our FTP connection troubleshooting guide has more information about both:
