When i click on download thru WP migration, it starts but then it gets stuck on 9,6 MB a then it says error - server is not active or something like that. I have to export this website. Can you help me please? I can’t even download folder from ftp ---

Yes, I would take a backup of the contents of the htdocs folder. If you have a database, login using PHPMyAdmin in the control panel and export that as well. ---
