For me it works. For you it may be a DNS propagation issue, so you may need to clear your cookies and cache and/or configure 1.1.1.1 on your device.

The configuration is OK for me. I think it may also be the browser the problem, so try to change browser.

Then click this link, and follow the instructions. After some hours after purging your 1.1.1.1 cache you can visit the website with HTTPS.

Then it’s a problem of your Internet connection, that blocks the requests to 1.1.1.1. Try changing the Primary DNS address to 1.0.0.1 and remove the contents of the Alternate DNS address from the DNS Settings of your device.

I also had issues with my network when I enabled CloudFlare SSL manually for my domain. Even after 3 days, the SSL didn’t propagate to any device in my whole network.

I asked on CloudFlare forums, and they suggested to change my network DNS to 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1 — and now SSL works perfectly!

I also decided to login to my router page and change the default DNS for my whole network, now all my devices have SSL working.

Take a look at https://1.1.1.1/help, it’s very easy and tells you if you successfully changed your DNS.

You can also find the instructions to changing your DNS on the page https://1.1.1.1/dns/ under the Setup section. I recommend setting up via the router so it’s enabled on your whole network.
