Since you see this error halfway in your website, this usually means you have installed too many plugins and the max MySQL connection limit was surpassed.

You should disable some plugins.

If you can access the page after some retry, do it there.
If not, open Account > MySQL Databases > phpMyAdmin, and find wpxx_options table. From there, delete the content of active_plugins.
