Using localhost as the server wouldn’t cause this issue. I think you’ve mistaken it for Database name?
His screenshot clearly shows that he is using a local (internal) IP address - 192.168.0.56
This is the site. I don’t see a local host in the provided screenshot.
Also, I cannot find that error on your site, it seems to be working fine for me.
By default any Database library finds the server ip of a domain name, so it wouldn’t show the domain name, but instead the IP of the server.
