I’d like to get a free ssl as I just had on my new domain. When checking my website, all looks OK. I don’t understand which error there is on the directory !

This just means that the client area is not able to check the status. If your site is working properly for you, you can safely ignore that message.

looks like your password might have gotten out of sink throughout the diferent systems. have you recently updated your password?
Might be worth trying updating your password in account settings, giving it 30 min and trying again
Just working on the error message at the top of your screenshot and what it tells you to do to fix it

Please do NOT use the form on the Control Panel log in page to reset the password, as that puts everything out of sync again!
Instead, go to your Client Area, log in if you haven’t done that already, click on your hosting account, scroll down to “Account Settings” and click on it, scroll down to “Hosting Account Password” and there either put the password you want to put or leave the field blank to generate a random password, then click on “Update Password”. After this wait some time and try to log in to the Control Panel through the button on the Client Area again.
