“error during connection has the database” but this error is only displayed once every 3-4 minutes

Hello, I don’t really know if this question was asked but I don’t think so, but on a wordpress that I am building (and on the whole site by the way) I do receive this error “error during connection has the database” but this error is only displayed once every 3-4 minutes. What I mean by that is that the database works, then no longer works, and this in a loop. I have tried with new databases, and with another hosting, and it always ends with the same result.

This is quite annoying, because when editing a page or creating an article, unable to update the page / article, you have to wait 3/4 minutes before you can post, and if the database ever decides to work, it crashes a few moments later. I would admit to you that I do not really know how to go about it now.

I apologize in advance if this question has already been asked, I have not read the whole topic yet.

The database outage you replied to was already resolved a few weeks ago. So if you’re still having issues, they are unrelated. So please write a new topic in Hosting Support instead.

And when you do, please fill in the topic template. You provided a lot of information already, but omitted one crucial piece of information: the URL to the website where you get this issue, so we can check it.
