Zoho Mail:

Hello ,

Sorry for the continued trouble.

We reviewed your entire contact history. Have you reached out to your DNS provider? as informed in our earlier email.

If yes, please include their response in this email.

Looking forward for the response from your DNS.

Sincerely,
Arun Vignesh

We aren’t your DNS provider. Your domain registrar (where you registered your domain) is your DNS provider.

I have just checked and as you can see below;

Your MX Records to indeed point to Zoho, and your spf records;

courierycargo.com. 21599 IN TXT “v=spf1 include:zoho.com ~all”

Please ask them to re-check.

I see your domain is using ns1.byet.org and ns2.byet.org. While those nameservers work fine in most cases, they also have some unsolved issues.

Please try changing your domain’s namesevers to ns1.epizy.com and ns2.epizy.com. You don’t need to do anything else and it will not impact your website. But after 24 hours, you can try to verify the settings with Zoho again and it should work.
