# Error code: 500 Internal Server Error Pls Help

Error Message: Error code: 500 Internal Server Error
Problem:
I purchased a domain on the Hostinger website, “gamegalaxyplay.site”. Then I assigned nameservers, following the specific instructions given. The problem occurs when the website can no longer load in the browser after I finish setting up and filling in the necessary settings.
There was a message saying the website would appear within 72 hours because of caching, so I waited. Today, the message was gone, yet the website still doesn’t load in my browser. I don’t know what to do anymore, that is why I am asking for help.
Note: I deleted my free subdomain [gamegalaxy.great-site.net](http://gamegalaxy.great-site.net) because that old domain is sharing the htdocs folder with my new domain. Also, I notice when I activated phpMyAdmin, MySQL, and replaced my HTML files with PHP, that is the first time the page no longer loads in the browser. Are we allowed to use PHP? I hoping that you can help me with this because I am almost there yet can’t be able to be there.
