I cannot access my database, the browser shows the following error; The page isnt redirecting properly. Could it be because of the server hardware you mention 8 days ago? And this MySQL hostname; sql211.epizy.com.
When you change your ftp password. Database passwords won’t update and they’ll stay at previous password (due the weird server bugs). While accessing to PhpMyAdmin. it’ll login with your ftp password, so It’ll return incorrect password and it’ll give “The page isnt redirecting properly”
you can do two things:
- Wait for admin till he refreshes your DB Password.
- Return your ftp password to previous one

What is the database name you’re unable to connect to? I can find out the database hostname from your database name, but not the other way around.
