“Display Errors” is already enabled, so no need to check.
There is a problem with one of the plugins of Elementor. Try uninstalling it forcedly by using FTP, going on htdocs/wp-content/plugins and deleting elementor/ folder, then reinstalling it using FTP by following these instructions, and re-enabling it.
I just enabled it.
