Can you clarify some of the “everything” you tried?
Did you try:
- Connecting from a different device?
- Connecting from a different network?
- Connecting from a different device on a different network?
- Setup a VPN and try to connect with that?

That means you didn’t.
In any case, all I can tell you is that your website is working from my device and my network, and from @EdwardHamHam’s device and network too. Usually these issues are caused by a specific network block or possibly a virus scanner or firewall blocking access. But with a different device on a different network with a VPN, you are bypassing everything that could cause the block on the first device. And then there is no reason why it wouldn’t work for you but work for everyone else here.
I’m happy to take you along and see what workaround works and see if we can narrow down what would be causing it. But that does require 1) us to find a working workaround and 2) you to actually work with me and provide more detailed information.

When I visited your subdomain, my network provider stopped the connection. I had to turn on a VPN to view your site. Maybe you have to also?
