Of course not. 600 million articles is MASSIVE, and much larger than Wikipedia. And Wikipedia is one of the largest websites in the world already.
And no, of course you cannot host a website which would be among the biggest in the world on a free hosting account. You need a big cluster of servers for that costing many millions of dollars, just like these big organizations have.
