20 days ago, my account was automatically deleted. I had vital information in it, and I had entrusted it to the field of infinity, which I trusted to be limitless. I need to access these files and my database information. Please I beg you help me.

It looks like your nameservers were changed to above.com your website is now redirecting a ton and ending up showing a different site each time. Your IF account may have been deleted for inactivity, but without more info, I can’t really tell you. (You should look for an email)

If your account was really deleted, all your files and databases are gone, forever. InfinityFree (being a free service) does not provide backups of any kind. You should always on every host, take a backup of everything. If something crashes, get corrupted, or deleted, you will always have a copy that you can re-upload to the webserver. Sorry that you had to learn this lesson this way, but hopefully you will remember the backups next time.

Inactivity or you intentionally switched 2 months ago

and then there were no more visits

Accounts which receive (almost) no visitors will be considered inactive. Inactive accounts are cleaned up automatically to make room for people who do use their accounts.

The only requirement to be considered active is a little bit of website traffic. You are not required to login to the client area, control panel or forum, or make changes to your website files.

You should receive some warning emails if your account is at risk of being marked for inactivity. You will receive an email when your website is deactivated, after which you have a few days to get it reactivated again, which you probably ignored.
