Make sure you formuled the right password. The password system is a bit buggy, and should NOT be with symbols, the password. Only letters and numbers are supported. Be sure to change the password, and try to access again the webmail with the new password. Also, Remember that every password is different! For example, the Client Area password cannot be used for the hosting Control Panel access or vice versa and the Control Panel password cannot be used for the email account!
