I’ve been trying to reset password of one of my accounts ( reset the password of the client area) , the reset link isn’t being sent to my email. The spelling of email address is correct, I’ve check spam and all other folders too.
Similarly, I and my friends tried to create new accounts, the verification link for new account isnt being sent as well.The spelling of email address is correct, I’ve check spam and all other folders too.

I have checked our logs, and I see that one password reset attempt was sent by us to you at 13:00 UTC, and we have received confirmation from our email provider that the email message was accepted by Gmail.
As to what happened after that, I don’t know. It could be that Gmail delivered it to your Spam folder, or discarded it entirely. Unfortunately, that all happens deep within Gmail’s systems, where we have no insight into.
