Email Doesn't Work

My email can’t receive any emails. This has been configured before and it works perfectly fine. I just found out today it doesn’t work anymore

Could you provide more details?

Are you using CloudFlare? From vPanel (I guess no) or by changing NS?

If not, have you checked the MX records configuration? What is your email and website?
(You have many lol)

Yes, I do. here’s my email [email protected]

my MX record is mx.epizy.com as instructed from the knowledgebase

How many times have you tried to receive emails? How long have you waited?

At infinityfree of course. And I use Cloudflare too. OH! Yeah, I just started using CDN the last time…

But I don’t think it would matter

Sorry…

@mauwiks apparently some smart guy registered the MX record as a subdomain: mx.epizy.com/mx.rf.gd and it seems like the MX record is not working anymore.

Try changing it with mx.byetcluster.com to see if it gets fixed

my email is a forwarder from my Infinityfree hosting

Okay:

  1. Have you tried what I just said?
  2. Do you forward it to a Gmail adress, because in that case it will not work.

So that is why huh… Now I just have to change it right?

How is that possible?

You just go from your cloudflare panel, and in the DNS record section, where the MX record is, replace mx.epizy.com with mx.byetcluster.com

@Admin if this is the issue I suggest these subdomains get deleted immediately from InfinityFree because now the whole Epizy/RFGD email system is down, and not everyone knows of the mx.byetcluster.com record.

Thank you Chris. As always…

You are welcome
I assume it worked?

Hope so… I’m still waiting for the email

I think it’s negative…

I’ll try iFastnet’s mx record: sv64.ifastnet13.org

It doesn’t seem to be working too. What is our plan? @Admin
