You can try activating WP_DEBUG to try to see if an error is crashing the process; it might show some issues starting with “Deprecated”, those can be ignored (feel free to share the full list, though):

Elementor is generally a heavy script, and does not work very well with free hosting. If you are paying for the Pro edition, it might be a good idea to invest a few more money into a premium hosting plan where you will also not have to worry about hitting limits very often.
