DSers cannot access my WooCommerce website

Hi InfinityFree Support,

I have a WordPress + WooCommerce store hosted on InfinityFree:

I am trying to connect my WooCommerce store to DSers for dropshipping, but DSers keeps showing:

“Failed to access your website.”

I have checked the following:

  • WordPress is working normally.
  • HTTPS is working.
  • /wp-json/ returns the WordPress REST API JSON.
  • /wp-json/wc/v3/products returns a WooCommerce 401 authentication response:
    woocommerce_rest_cannot_view
  • WooCommerce is installed and active.
  • WooCommerce REST API keys can be generated.
  • I also temporarily deactivated W3 Total Cache, but DSers still cannot connect.

Could you please check whether InfinityFree’s firewall, browser-security system, or another hosting restriction is blocking external requests from DSers to my WooCommerce REST API?

If DSers requires specific IP addresses or domains to be allowed/whitelisted, please let me know whether this is possible on the free hosting plan.
