I have a site that aims to store files and anyone who tries to download a file that is 12.4 MB is not downloading

Hi and welcome to the forum  https://infinityfree.net/support/why-are-my-files-deleted-after-uploading/

But I see the file and it downloads but in the middle it stops

it probably takes time for the server to delete it so it still partially offers… do you see the file via FTP (file manager) ? Please read TOS 10 & 11

I assume AV scans the file and since it is large the server has not deleted it yet but certainly such a large file and with .exe extension should not exist

This is meant to host website and not as storage or a library of files for downloading.
