Then can you please explain how you went from 4 failed transfers to 15 failed transfers? How can you try to transfer 4 files and end up with 15 failed transfers after that?

If the server is having a problem, then why am I able to access your account without any problems?
Since you claim to know what is causing this issue while I still don’t, can you tell me why that’s the case?

By downloading your website, I have tried to install programs on my computer that will be able to download websites. I tested them with my own website, but these programs could not download the files to the computer due to HTTPS. (My operationg system: Windows Server 2008 R2)
Then there are online tools that offer you to download your website. Some of them offer 10mb for free and over it it costs and some online tools you have to pay for.
But the problem with these is that your files change name and therefore your site will look like shit when you open your HTML file.
I came up with a solution I think?
Can you create new files instead, but copy the text from these files that you have on Infinityfree and paste the text into the new files on your computer and save? Then you only need to download photos by photos and video by video.

I cannot help you right now. I have a problem with my website and the police are involved. therefore no one can access my website. My website is not illegal. Got threat to my website and the person would do a DDoS attack.
