Other Information

(other information and details relevant to your question)

TL;DR: Your account is not suspended, this is just DNS caching because you moved the domain to a different account. You will be able to access your site again soon (up to 72 hours at worst, but usually less than 12 hours).

If your hosting account is suspended, then you can see that from the client area. It should also give more information for the reason of the suspension and what you can do to resolve it.

However, there are other situations where you may see this error without your hosting account being suspended. Many of them are described in this article:

In this case, the “You are moving the domain to another InfinityFree account” explanation describes your situation. Only four hours ago, the domain was assigned to a different account, which you have deactivated and deleted, and then setup the domain on a new account.

Everything is setup correctly, but this new hosting account has a different IP address, and due to DNS caching, it will take a while for everyone to start connecting to that new IP address. If people connect to the IP address of your old account, they will be redirected to the suspension.

So there is nothing wrong with your domain, and the issue will solve itself automatically over time.

This is an inherent consequence of moving a domain to a different account. I’m not sure what issue you experienced with your previous account that you suspected would be fixed by moving to a new account, but know that moving domains around has downsides like one you’re experiencing right now.
