I have benn busy working on a project and yesterday i received a notificatiom in my email that Your InfinityFree account if0_40950740 (Website for einbruchschutz-baumgaertner.gt.tc) has been suspended for abuse.
Please how can i recover the site back becaue my life depends on it right now, i have already completed the website, just for me to prepare the domain and connect it then i received the message, can please anyone or suport help me out. I have already drop a support ticket but i haven’t receive any feedback yet.
In your dashboard there will be an option to raise a ticket. IFastNet Will then review the ticket and can provide a backup for you. (EDIT: realised after you said you’d already done that)
Please be aware though depending on the abuse they may not reply. In cases of serious abuse (illegal or adult content for example) they may choose not to respond and not offer a backup
Same here…my domain got suspended without worning…at least they should provide warning that i crosed the hosting limit..now what to do? anyone can help?
Your situation is not the same. OPs account got suspended for abuse, your account was suspended for reaching the daily CPU limit.
Regarding the warning emails, I get that being “suspended without warning” is not a nice experience. But I have to ask you: what would have you done when you got the warning that your CPU limit was high? Do you know what you could have done to prevent the suspension? And do you think that you would have been able to do that before reaching the limit?
As for “what to do”, the answer is given very clearly in the client area and the email you received: you need to wait for the account to be reactivated. There is nothing else you can do right now.
As for the help question: we can try, but not if you hijack someone else’s topic about a completely different suspension. We can try to help you if you create your own topic. However, please understand that we do not have any more data than you have about the situation, so we cannot tell you what exactly caused the high CPU usage.
