Domain Suspended!! Please Help!!

Hello,

I desperately need help. When I try and access my domain, keto-review.com, it says that it the domain is suspended and I am unable to get to the wp admin either. It says I need to verify something via email but there are no emails I have received to verify anything. There is a lot I have been working on there. Please help me resolve this issue.

InfinityFree did not suspend it.
The error you see is probably because your domain registrar suspended it, you will have to contact them.
If InfinityFree had suspended it, your site would redirect to suspendeddomain.org

When you register a new domain, transfer an existing domain, or change the registrant (owner) details for a registered domain you will receive an additional email from [email protected] with an activation link to verify the new information.

Note that there are a few TLDs that don’t require verification, but all gTLDs and many ccTLDs do.

Please click the activation link in the email sent to you to keep your domain active. This step must be completed within 15 days of initiating the change or your domain will be suspended until it is completed.

Note that it doesn’t matter how long you have been an existing customer, or how long the domain was registered before you transferred it or the registrant details were changed. Per ICANN policy verification must be completed for all of these cases.

Also, please add “[email protected]” to your contacts to ensure this email doesn’t end up in your spam folder.

Please ensure that your domain name is associated with a valid email address. The last thing we want is for you to make a change, then have your verification email sent to an old address that you can’t access.

@OxyDac @ChrisPAR Thank you!! the email was in my spam folder. Silly of me to not have checked earlier. I really appreciate the help though
